Do Dairyland products ever fail? What happens if they do?

Dairyland’s product failure rate is calculated at 0.01%. In fact, our products fail so rarely that in our 40+ years of business, only a handful of failures have been reported.*

Beyond that, our products are designed to be “fail-safe,” a standard that Dairyland set and introduced to the corrosion prevention industry. This means that during an over-voltage event, or in the very rare case of product failure, your device is designed to short to ground, safely passing any harmful current away from workers and/or equipment.

At the end of the day, when you invest in Dairyland products, you’ll receive premium decouplers and over-voltage protectors that are suited for extreme conditions, resulting in protection for your equipment and safety for your personnel.

Does Dairyland offer a product warranty?

Yes! Currently, Dairyland offers a 5-year warranty on all PCR, SSD, PCRH, OVP and OVP2 products, while our ISP and PCRX products both have a 2-year warranty from the date of invoice. For warranty details on Dairyland’s other product lines, please reach out to our team.
