What is your favorite part of your job?: Helping people—that's what matters most in this crazy world.

When not working, what can we find you doing?: Quietly unraveling my entire identity, having an ego death, rewiring my nervous system, and unlearning three generations of dysfunctional coping.

How/where do you volunteer?: I have done a little bit of everything—trash clean-up projects, worked at meal packing facilities, and raked yards for people that are unable to do so. Sometimes the smallest gestures go a long way.
